Hypnosis is a clinically supported, well researched, process that empowers you to connect with, and better understand, your subconscious mind.

Firstly, we will discuss your goals and agree what methods we will use to help you achieve them. Then after being guided into a relaxed and safe state known as "trance" in which you have heightened focus and concentration, positive changes can be bought about by communicating with your subconscious mind where the vast majority of your decisions, habits, and reactions are located.
Many people ask me "Can hypnosis make me do things I don't want to do?". The simple answer is no, you can't be made to do anything you don't want to either whilst in a trance state or afterwards. You retain the power to act (or not) on any suggestions made, although if you do allow yourself to act upon a suggestion it may feel as if this is happening by itself whereas, in reality, it is not. So, in short, no I can't make you cluck like a chicken unless you really want to!
